About me

I'm a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Mayor in Chile, and more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals across Latin America.

My work focuses on emotional well-being, particularly in the areas of food relationships, anxiety, and stress. I’ve guided thousands of people in reconnecting with themselves through self-awareness and compassion.
