About me

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Mayor (Chile). I’m an international speaker, workshop facilitator, and the author of two books on emotional eating and behavior change, with 15+ years of experience helping people understand the psychological mechanisms behind their relationship with food, stress, and self-regulation.

Through keynotes and trainings across Latin America and the United States, I translate evidence-informed psychology into practical tools audiences can apply immediately—without jargon and without quick fixes. My work focuses on prevention, mental well-being, and sustainable habit change, combining clear frameworks with real-world strategies and compelling storytelling.
