About me

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Mayor, Chile. I am an international speaker, workshop facilitator, author of two books, and specialist in emotional eating and the psychological mechanisms that drive it, with over 15 years of experience.

I have supported thousands of people across Latin America and the United States in emotional exploration processes, addressing the relationship with food, anxiety, and stress management. My mission is to make mental wellness an accessible, inspiring, and transformative path for those seeking balance and purpose in their lives.
